Large, Lakefront Bartlett House
This is a true lakefront location. Bartlett House is a 2,400 sq. ft, two-story home on two acres is close to the swimming pool & hot tub (no lifeguard on duty), playground area, resort office, boat dock and Table Rock Lake.
A short walk to the water... and even more fun begins. Thrill seekers will have plenty of room to enjoy all the water sport activities -- wakeboarding, waterskiing, tubing, knee boarding, jet skis.

On the upper level of the house, you will find a living room with two queen size sleeper sofas, wood burning fireplace, DIRECTV, VCR and DVD. WIFI is available at resort office.
The dining table can seat a crowd, with additional seating at the serving counter. Just off the dining area is the upper level covered deck with outdoor furniture, gas grill, and ceiling fan to keep you comfortable.
You'll find a kitchen equipped with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker/filters, dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, paper towels and dish soap.
Sleep In Comfort
Two bedrooms make up the upper level. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and #2 has two twin beds. An iron & ironing board and alarm clock are provided for your convenience. We provide all bed linens.
Enjoy the updated bathroom with a full tub/shower, hair dryer and vanity with two sinks. All towels, toilet paper and bar soap are supplied.
On the lower level you will find a living room with two queen size sleeper sofas, VCR and wood burning fireplace.
The lower level has a second kitchen, with a stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker/filters, dishes, cooking utensils, dish soap and a washer and dryer.
Two separate bedrooms are available on the lower level: #1 has a queen bed and #2 has two twin beds. An iron & ironing board and alarm clock are provided.
The lower level bathroom has a shower and vanity sink. All toilet paper, bar soap and towels are supplied.
